Our establishment is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, a receptionist will always be there to welcome you.

You can check in to our rooms as from 3pm and latest check out time from your room is midday.

A locked and secure left luggage room is available for you to leave your bags during your arrival and when you leave.

Our reception and concierge team can advise you on cultural, artistic, eating ideas and about any big events taking place in Nantes. They are at your disposal 24 hours a day with a personalised service to make your stay as nice as possible.

They are at your disposal to reply to all your requests and to help you organise your stay in Nantes; transfers and private chauffeurs, restaurant reservations, sightseeing passes, guided tours in your language, babysitting…..

All the building has free WIFI access (rooms and common areas).

AS A FAMILY WITH SEVEN

Children and babies are very welcome at Seven Urban Suites

To welcome families, we have 'Comfort Rooms' (2 adults and 1 baby under 2 years old), 'Family Rooms' (2 adults and 2 children), or 'One-bedroom Appartment' with a living room and a bedroom (2 adults and 2 children).

On request (and subject to availability), we can provide you with a cot, a changing mattress and a high chair.

 

 

LAUNDRY | DRY CLEANER | LAUNDERETTE

A dry cleaning service* and a 24 hour a day launderette service are available to you.

The dry cleaning service is not available on week-ends and bank holidays.

Please allow for a 12 to 24 hour wait time depending on when the garment is left with us.

All the common areas in the hotel as well as three ‘Comfort Rooms’ are accessible to low mobility customers.

Our team is at your disposal to reply to all questions or specific requests to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

 

CAR PARK

35 secured parking places are at your disposal. In order to guarantee availability, we invite you to reserve your space in advance. Maximum height: 1.90 m.

TARIFF : €13 per night and per vehicle (subject to availability at time of arrival)

In the case of unavailability of spaces in our car park, you can park:

- At the Cité Internationale des Congrès car park situated on avenue Jean-Claude Bonduelle (1 minute away on the busway). 

- In the adjacent roads (payment code by phone: 44002)

 

PETS

Pets of less than 15kg are welcome in the establishment. However, we only allow for one pet per room and provided that they are kept on a lead or transported in a cage while in the common areas of the establishment. For reasons of hygiene, no animal is allowed in the restaurant areas.

BUFFET-STYLE BREAKFAST

We propose a large selection of fresh quality products : Viennese pastries and bread from local company Honoré, toast, cereal, fruit juice, hot drinks, cheese, cold meats, fresh fruit salads, dairy products, boiled eggs, bacon and sausages,….Gluten-free breakfasts are available but please order them with us before your arrival.

  • Price for children from 4-12 years old : € 8 per child
  • Free for children of three years old and under.

Should you wish to have your breakfast before 6.30am, our team can prepare a take-away breakfast for you.

Our Lobby bar is open from 10am to midnight. With its warm and cosy atmosphere this is the perfect place for your business meetings, to work calmly or simply to have a relaxing drink. A selection of beers, local wines, champagne and non-alcoholic drinks are available.

We accept a number of payment methods for your stay: by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express), traveller’s cheques, Diners Club…..

PLEASE NOTE

The payment card used for the reservation and a form of ID of the holder of this same payment card will be required upon arrival. Both documents must be submitted in order to access the room.

 

 

CITY TAX

What is the visitor’s tax?

This tax allows the local area councils to finance the expenses related to tourist-use or the protection of their natural tourist areas for a tourist purpose.

The visitor’s tax is determined each year by the local Community Council of Nantes Métropôle.

In Nantes, for the current year, it is € 2.40 per adult, per night for a 4-star hotel establishment.

It is paid upon arrival at our establishment.
